Vegan Mango Kombucha Sorbet

Cool off after your workout with a scoop of our refreshing gut-friendly mango and kombucha sorbet. Made with our Maca, Coconut and Pineapple Kombucha, just pop a batch in the freezer overnight and sprint for that sorbet the next day!

350g of frozen mango
450ml Profusion Organic Maca, Coconut and Pineapple Kombucha
2 tbsp maple syrup
OPTIONAL: Desiccated coconut

Combine all three ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Serve straight away.
